Organising company
HUGO BOSS FRANCE, a company with a share capital of 1,800,000 euros, whose registered office is at 111-113 rue de Grenelle, 75007 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 450 772 041 (hereinafter the “Organising Company”), is organising a free competition with no purchase necessary entitled « Ce soir, vous étiez BOSS ! » (“Tonight, you were BOSS!”) (hereinafter the “Game”), under the terms set out in these rules.
The Game is not organised, sponsored or endorsed by the artist performing at the event, the concert venue or any other third party associated with the event.
Article 2
Purpose
The Game is organised as part of an event activation set up in a space dedicated to the BOSS brand within the Plénitude Aréna concert venue.
The Game takes the form of an experiential team pop quiz, with several stages of participation and a final ranking used to designate the winners.
Article 3
Duration
The Game runs from 12 September 2026 to 17 October 2026, exclusively during the days and opening hours of the activation at the venue concerned.
The Organising Company reserves the right, at any time, to postpone, extend, shorten, modify, suspend or cancel the Game, in whole or in part, if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability as a result.
Article 4
Conditions of participation
The Game is open to any natural person of legal age with full legal capacity who is present at the event venue during the Game period, subject to the provisions of these rules.
The following are excluded from participation:
- persons who took part, directly or indirectly, in the design, organisation or management of the Game;
- the staff of the Organising Company and, where applicable, the staff of partner companies or service providers involved in the operation.
Participation is exclusively in teams of 2, 3 or 4 people.
Each participant may take part only once per concert date, unless the Organising Company expressly states otherwise.
Participation in the Game is free and requires no purchase.
Participation in the Game implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Any incomplete participation, or any participation containing incorrect information, may be cancelled.
Article 5
How to take part
To take part, teams must complete all of the following stages:
Stage 1 – Registration
Each participant provides the information requested through the system provided for this purpose on site, in particular the data needed to identify participants, to manage their participation and, where applicable, to contact them if they win.
Stage 2 – Photography
As part of the game system, one or more photographs of the participants may be taken, individually and/or as a group, solely to allow the game experience to run and the final result described in stage 3 to be displayed, without prejudice to the provisions on the promotional use of images set out in article 11.
Stage 3 – Pop quiz
Participants enter the game area and answer the quiz. The precise terms of the quiz, including in particular the number of questions, the criteria for a correct answer, any timing, the scoring mechanism and the conditions for validating participation, are determined by the Organising Company and/or specified on site.
Stage 4 – Final reveal
At the end of the experience, a visual or audiovisual result showing the participants in a BOSS universe may be displayed, broadcast or projected strictly within the activation.
Only complete, compliant participations validated on site during the Game period will be taken into account.
Article 6
Designation of the winners
The winners are designated on the basis of the best scores achieved by the teams over the whole Game period.
The score is determined according to objective criteria defined by the Organising Company, which may include in particular:
- the number of correct answers;

Article 10
Personal data
In connection with the Game, the Organising Company, acting as data controller, collects and processes personal data concerning participants, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, and in particular with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The main purposes of this processing are registration and the management of entries, the organisation and proper running of the Game, access to the interactive experience, the calculation of scores and rankings, the designation of the winners and informing them, the awarding of prizes, the handling of any claims or disputes, the prevention of fraud and compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Providing the personal data requested is not mandatory. However, refusing to provide the data necessary for registration, for participation, for determining the winners, for the awarding of prizes or for the administration of the Game may make participation in the Game impossible.
The personal data liable to be processed in this connection includes the following:
- surname, first name;
- contact details;
- information relating to participation;
- score;
- photographs and, where applicable, other visual or audiovisual content necessary for running the game.
The processing necessary for participation in the Game and for its performance is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, relating to the performance of these rules and of the participation relationship arising from them.
The processing made necessary by compliance with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or statutory obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Where photographs, videos or other visual or audiovisual content are used beyond the strictly technical needs of running the Game, in particular for advertising, promotional, marketing, institutional, editorial, public relations, internal or external communication purposes, or for distribution on social networks, such use is based on the specific, informed and prior consent of the participants concerned, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR where such consent is required. Refusing to consent to such promotional uses does not affect participation in the Game itself.
Certain processing may also be based on the legitimate interest of the Organising Company, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where it is necessary for the proper administration, the security and the integrity of the Game, in particular to prevent fraud, verify the eligibility of participants, enforce these rules, handle disputes and guard against abusive use.
No decision producing legal effects concerning participants or significantly affecting them is taken on a solely automated basis within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. Scores and rankings are established according to the mechanisms of the Game and objective criteria brought to the attention of participants, the final decisions relating to eligibility, to the designation of the winners and to the awarding of prizes remaining subject to human intervention.
Personal data is accessible, within the limits of their respective duties, to the authorised internal departments of the Organising Company that need to know it for the purposes of organising and administering the Game or of complying with legal obligations. It may also be communicated to the authorised service providers and partners involved exclusively for the purposes of organising and running the Game.
Personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the management of the Game, the designation of the winners, the awarding of prizes, the handling of any claims or disputes and compliance with the applicable legal obligations. At the end of that period, it will be deleted, anonymised or archived only to the extent required by the applicable statutory retention periods.
Under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, participants have the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR);
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- right to object (Art. 21 GDPR);
- right to data portability, where applicable (Art. 20 GDPR);
- right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future where the processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for data protection.
The personal data processed in connection with « Ce soir, vous étiez BOSS ! » will be retained for the whole duration of the Game and will be deleted or anonymised immediately after the completion of the Game and the performance of all the administrative, communication, prize-awarding, tax, payroll and legal obligations connected with it, unless statutory retention periods prevent their deletion.
For any question relating to the protection of personal data, participants may contact the Data & AI Compliance team at the following address: datenschutz@hugoboss.com.
Article 11
Image / authorisation
In connection with the Game, participants acknowledge that their image may be captured and used for the strictly technical and operational needs of the activation, in particular to enable the immersive experience, the display of the final result and the management of participation.
Any use of participants’ images beyond these strict technical needs, and in particular for advertising, promotional, commercial, institutional, editorial, digital, social media, press relations or internal/external communication purposes, must be the subject of the express, specific, informed and prior authorisation of the participant(s) concerned.
Refusing to grant such authorisation for promotional uses will not affect the possibility of taking part in the Game, provided that the technical processing strictly necessary for running it is accepted.
When a team takes part, each member must individually consent, where applicable, to the promotional use of their image.
Article 12

The Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of:
- force majeure;
- events beyond its control disrupting the organisation of the Game;
- technical, hardware, software or network malfunctions;

- loss, delay, damage or faulty transmission of participation data attributable to a third party or an external cause.
The Organising Company does not guarantee that the Game will run without interruption or error, nor that any defects found can be corrected immediately.
Its liability is strictly limited to the delivery of prizes validly won, provided that participants comply with these rules.
Article 13
Amendment of the rules
The Organising Company reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, provided that participants are informed by any appropriate means.
Amendments will take effect from the time they are made available, unless otherwise stated.

Article 15
Applicable law / disputes

Any dispute relating to the Game must be sent to the Organising Company within seven (7) days of the end of the Game.
In the event of a persistent disagreement about the interpretation or application of these rules, and failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
